Nexys System is a single program that holds all of a business's records: goods in and out, invoices and delivery notes, the till, the books, payroll and reports.

The program runs on a MySQL database, with one database for each accounting year and one or more companies in the same installation. Organisational units hold several points of sale within one business.

Every document can be printed, saved as PDF or emailed, in one language or two.

Every sale, purchase or payment becomes a record — and every record ends in a report.
